SmartFill integrates directly with your
shopping cart or CRM program via XML allowing your orders to flow seamlessly to our warehouse
for processing. You never again have to worry if an order was
packaged or shipped because order processing happens automatically and
you can actually see the results online, in real-time, over the Web.
The process works like this.
After the credit card is approved and you
receive the money, the order information is automatically sent from your
server to our server. The data is then verified and processed, a
picking ticket is printed and the order is packaged and shipped.
Since we are connected to UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS in real time you
also have instant access to tracking information and 3rd party
confirmation of the order status.
Your inventory information is updated in
real time and your customer receives a customized shipment
confirmation email branded with your logo that provides shipping and tracking information so they are fully informed
of the order status.
