Webgistix Opens E-Commerce Distribution Center in Las Vegas to Meet Growing Demand from Online Retailers

LAS VEGAS, NV -- October 1, 2008 -- Webgistix Corp., the leader in e-commerce order
fulfillment, today announced the opening of a new distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada,
to support growing demand from e-commerce retailers who are increasingly outsourcing
their order fulfillment. The new 30,000-square-foot facility is expandable to 100,000 square
feet and will create more than 25 full-time positions by mid-2009.

The new facility is located at 880 Wigwam Parkway, Suite 120, in Henderson, and is
Webgistix's first distribution center in the western United States. Webgistix currently has
three distribution facilities in the eastern United States and one in Ireland to deliver
fulfillment services for e-commerce retailers around the world. The new facility will
focus on e-retailers whose order volume exceeds 1,000 shipments a month.

E-commerce retailers represent a rapidly growing market segment that requires outsourced
fulfillment services. Internet Retailer Magazine expects online sales in the United States to grow
to $1 trillion within the next ten years. In 2007, online retail sales in the U.S. reached $169.5
billion, an increase of 21.8 percent from a year earlier.

Unlike traditional fulfillment companies that process orders manually, Webgistix has
