Former Borland Software CEO Joins Board of Leading E-Commerce Order
Fulfillment Company

LAS VEGAS, NV -- November 6, 2008 -- Webgistix Corp., the leader in e-commerce
order fulfillment, today announced the appointment of Dale L. Fuller to the Webgistix Board
of Directors. Fuller was also named Chairman of the Board, effective October 24, 2008.

"I'm excited to join Webgistix at a time when it's expanding its reach to consolidate such a
fragmented market within the e-commerce supply chain," said Fuller. "As an early provider
of software-as-a-service technology for e-commerce fulfillment, Webgistix has both the
technology and business model to redefine the next generation of e-commerce fulfillment. A
fundamental shift is occurring, away from traditional fulfillment models to a new breed of
company that emphasizes automation and cloud-computing technologies."

Fuller brings extensive experience in general management, marketing and business
development to Webgistix. Most recently he served as the interim CEO and President of
McAfee, Inc. (NYSE: MFE) where he has served as a Board Member since 2006. Previously,
Fuller was the CEO of Borland Software (Nasdaq: BORL) from 1999 until 2005. Prior to
joining Borland, Fuller was President and Chief Executive Officer of WhoWhere? Inc., one
of the leading community sites on the Internet, which was acquired by Lycos. At
WhoWhere?, Fuller led the expansion of numerous domain sites, including Angelfire.com,
the fastest-growing Internet site from 1998-2003, and MailCity.com. Previously, Fuller
served as General Manager and Vice President of Apple Computer's (Nasdaq: AAPL)
Powerbook division and Vice President and General Manager of NEC's (TYO: 6701)
portable computer division.

Fuller holds an honorary doctorate degree from St. Petersburg State University in Russia and
has been a member of the American Association of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) and the
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He serves as Chairman of the Let
Them Hear Foundation.

"Adding Dale to the Webgistix Board of Directors as Chairman is strategic to our expansion
plans for meeting the rapidly growing fulfillment requirements of top e-commerce retailers,"
said Joseph DiSorbo, President of Webgistix. "Dale's executive experience in enterprise
software in global markets, his strong consumer background, and his experience with
strategic acquisitions while serving as the president and CEO of Borland brings a wealth of
experience to the Webgistix board. His close ties to Silicon Valley also make him an
important addition to the team."

With online sales in the United States growing significantly, e-commerce retailers represent a

Magazine expects online sales in the United States to grow to $1 trillion within the next ten
years. In 2007, online retail sales in the U.S. reached $169.5 billion, an increase of 21.8
percent from a year earlier. Unlike traditional fulfillment companies that process orders
manually, Webgistix has developed a state-of-the-art software as a service (SaaS) solution
known as SmartFill™ that automates the entire fulfillment process. There is almost no
human intervention, which improves order accuracy, reduces costs for retailers, and
