Programmer
Location: Olean, New York USA
The key purpose of a web and database programmer is to
provide technical support and development of in-house logistic software
tools. In turn this ensures that internal and external users are
satisfied with the products and services provided by Webgistix.
The
person selected must be an excellent communicator with all levels of
management and will have the ability to communicate technical issues to
non-technical customers.
Key Responsibilities
· To
provide support and education to users of the Webgistix software.
· To
actively solicit feedback from users on the software deficiencies,
inefficiencies, bottlenecks or desired additional features that would
make the product more user friendly and meet customer needs.
· Working
with other programmers and developers in Webgistix Asia and the US,
ensure the software is de-bugged or any problems.
·
Document and maintain a knowledge base of problems and developments of
the systems so that a history is maintained of system development.
· Evaluate
and make suggestions to the Worldwide President of Webgistix how certain
developments will contribute to company growth and increased revenues.

Warehouse Manager
Location: Olean, New York USA
The key purpose of the warehouse manager is to insure the
smooth operation of efficiently receiving and storing inventory and to
quickly and accurately process customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage
and motivate the warehouse team.
· Improve
the efficiency of warehouse operations
· To
work with senior management on strategy related to expansion of
warehouse operations
· Achieve
key company metrics for speed and accuracy
