POSITION: SALES & IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR
Location: LAS VEGAS, NEVADA USA
Term: PERMANENT
Reporting: SALES DIRECTOR

BACKGROUND
Webgistix is an early stage eCommerce fulfillment solutions global provider. The business is expanding rapidly, and has a reputation for delivering fast and accurate order fulfillment services, useful Internet technology on a SaaS platform and personalized customer service. DELIVERABLES
  • Assist Sales Director with achievement of new customer revenue targets by implementing aggressive account acquisition focused sales plans; report daily activity and sales progression using NetSuite CRM.
  • Serve as project coordinator and key client contact for client onboarding process for the first 60-90 days of engagement following contract. Ensure newly acquired clients are fully implemented and commence shipping in less than 30 days from contract date.

  • Initiate contact with newly acquired customers; welcome and explain the implementation process and gain an understanding of each client’s business and any potential obstacles to a successful implementation. Ensure the process is seamless and develop an immediate positive relationships with new clients that reinforces their decision to use Webgistix.


  • Train clients to use Webgistix’s proprietary SmartFill™ order and inventory management system; ensure a smooth transition from client’s current fulfillment system to the Webgistix system. Interact with cross-functional teams including warehouse and IT staff.

  • Coordinate transfer of inventory to a Webgistix warehouse; actively monitor the first 100 orders for each new customer and ensure 100% accuracy is achieved. Recommend hand-off of clients to Customer Service post-implementation; ensure hand-off is appropriately communicated and managed.


Team members who succeed in this position for 6 months are eligible for a promotion to Inside Sales Representative.

COMPENSATION
This is a critical, results oriented position and an aggressive compensation plan will be negotiated with the chosen candidate.
