Technical Writer

A full-time contract writing position for successful candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires experience in writing technical manuals and/or documenting and authoring corporate procedures and process flows. Must be able to collaborate with software engineers to design, develop, and write user manuals for company's SmartFill web based fulfillment software. Must also be able to collaborate with business managers to analyze and document all departmental policies, procedures and processes, and develop training materials.

BA in English or Journalism and 2+ years software or process documentation experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
